Two Main Technologies 1. Thermal & Mechanical Delaminating (Sheet Type) • Process: 1. Heating: ACP sheets pass through a heated platform (electric/gas) to soften adhesive/core. 2. Peeling: High-torque rollers strip aluminum skins intact from plastic core. 3. Collection: Separate streams of clean aluminum sheets & plastic rolls. • Pros: ◦ Intact aluminum sheets (reusable) ◦ High purity (>99%) ◦ 건식, 수질오염 없음 • 용량 : 2~6톤/일(4~8톤/8h) • 전력 : 2.2~4kW, 380V 3상

2. 파쇄 및 정전기 분리(스크랩/분말형) • 공정: 1. 파쇄: ACP를 파쇄하여<10mm flakes. 2. Grinding: Mill into mixed aluminum-plastic powder. 3. Electrostatic Separation: High-voltage field separates conductive Al powder from non-conductive plastic powder. 4. Dust Collection: Pulse filter system. • Pros: ◦ Handles scraps, offcuts, broken panels ◦ Fully automated ◦ Al purity up to 99.9% • Capacity: 300–1000 kg/h • Total Power: 60–100 kW
